A new version of the Omaze Series is now available.

This is a unique menu item you won’t find at other restaurants!

A bowl containing nutritious ingredients such as grated yam, okra, fresh salmon sashimi, a soft-boiled egg, and tamari, a soy sauce-based sauce. It is then mixed and served on top of chilled udon noodles.
